Hubby, Nancy
Nancy L. Hubby (1937-2003) was one of the three "Founding Mothers" of the Chestnut Hill Historical Society, along with Anne Spaeth and Shirley Hanson.
Hubby was a graduate of George School and received bachelor's degrees from Wellesley College and Yale University. In 1972, she earned a master's degree in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and subsequently worked for two Philadelphia architectural firms as director of planning.
