Whaling vessel (119 tons) out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Capt. George A. Smith on voyage to the Hebrides, Cape Verde, San Antonio, and coast of Brazil whaling grounds; agent-owner: I.H. Bartlett & Sons; built at Hallowell, Me., 1821; converted from schooner to brig in 1839; wrecked, 1844.
