Hulcher, Wendell E. (Wendell Ellsworth), 1922-1999
Wendell Ellsworth Hulcher (1922-1999) was a U.S. Air Force pilot during World War II. From 1952 to 1954, he was a consultant for the McKinsey Company, then a manager for the Ford Motor Company from 1954 to 1967. He served as Mary of Ann Arbor, Michigan, from 1965 to 1969, and was a staff member of various U.S. Government agencies from 1969 to 1979, including the Office of Intergovernmental Relations, American Revolution Bicentennial Commission and the Small Business Administration. Hulcher was a professor business and economics at Florida Southern College from 1979 to 1993.
