Nodland, Truman Raymond, 1907-1979.
Truman Nodland was born in Iowa and completed both his B.S. and Ph. D. at the University of Minnesota College of Agriculture. He began working for the Dept. of Agricultural Economics during his undergraduate years and continued his entire career in that department, retiring in 1976. Nodland was active in the Minnesota Farm Manager's Assn, helped found and develop the Southeastern Farm Management Assn., served as an advisor to the Farmhouse Fraternity and was a member of its national board. Nodland wrote over 285 publications, including Experiment Station Bulletins.
