This collection focuses on attempts of the "Young Turks" to gather, reminisce, and bring each other up-to-date on their careers in 1988, 1997, and 2000. The 1988 reunion generated a two-page summary of what everyone was up to and the 1997 reunion generated a group photograph. It is not clear if the 2000 reunion actually took place. There are also files devoted to individual members of the group. Some contain accounts of their lives (Ernest Gibson and Sanborn Partridge), one contains an invitation to a public birthday celebration (Franklin Billings), and one contains photocopies of published biographies (William Jay Smith). John Downs is present in many of the folders as the organizer of the reunions. Partridge's folder contains a 1979 letter to "Arthur" defending the Miller Formula for state financing of public education in Vermont. It also contains his gasoline and mileage records for his cars 1964-1978 and 1985. There is nothing in the collection about the group's activities during their legislative session of prominence (1961-62).
