Album of correspondence comprising four letters by Pitt to E.J. Brady, three of which concern Brady's attempts to write a biography of J.F. Archibald, editor of the Bulletin. Also, two signed carbon copies of letters from Brady to Pitt. Also a 1939 letter by Pitt to James Devaney, a letter from Bernard O'Dowd to Brady with a short reminiscence of Archibald, and a 1924 letter from Frank Williamson to Pitt. The album also contains a three page poem by Pitt in memory of the late J.F. Archibald. A cutting from the Red Page of the Bulletin on Marie Pitt has been pasted in. The album was compiled by collector Harry Chaplin.
