Grant by Simon Godard of the parish of Haukeherst (Kent) to Eleanor Dowle, widow of John Dowle, of Smerdon (Kent) of 1 piece of land called "Julleyscroft," containing approximately 3 acres of land lying in the parish of Smerden upon the denne of Bresynden, bounded by the king's highway to the east, the land of th elate Stephen Bakere to the south, the land of John Bayle to the west, and the land of Richard Balye to the north. Given at Smerden on the 6th day of December, 11 Edward IV.

Grant by Roger Sampson and Felicia his wife, John Doraunt of Neylond, Peter Upchare of Wyrmyngford, and Richard Sporlyng of Colcestr' to Agnes, late the wife of John Gameday of Brantham, of all their tenement with its appurtenances called "Droryestenement," formerly of John Pake of Colcestr', and with the reversion of a solar situated near the tenement, late of Robert Payn after the death of Agnes, late the wife of Robert Stalam; which tenement and its appurtenances lies without the northgate in the suburb of the town of Colcestr', bounded by the messuage aforesaid of Robert Payn to the south, the messuage formerly of John Abel to the north, extending from the king's highway called "le northstrete" to the west, to the mere late of John Sayer, "fuller" to the west; which tenement they, along with Nicholas Walenger now deceased, had of the feoffment of John Wheler, John Beche, Robert Silby, John Cook, "draper," William barker, and Seman Youn of Colcestr' by a deed dated 12 Oct. 20 Henry VI. Given at Colcestr' on 20 May, 28 Henry VI.
