The Ivy L. Lee Papers consist of personal papers and material from the public relations firm of Ivy Lee and Associates documenting his public relations theories and practice. Included are correspondence, diaries, articles, writings, public relations material, newsreels, and photographs reflecting his interest in public relations, transportation (especially railroads), financial markets, and foreign relations, among others. The Papers also contain documents relating to other Lee family members including Reverend James W. Lee (father), Emma Eufaula Lee (mother), Cornelia Bartlett Bigelow Lee (wife), Alice Lee Cudlipp (daughter), James W. Lee II (son), and Ivy L. Lee, Jr. (son).

Fund to facilitate technical development, improve safety, and expand the popularity of aviation; active from 1926-1930. Correspondence, reports, articles, pamphlets, legal and financial records, printed matter, and other records relating chiefly to commercial aviation in the United States and to a history of the fund written by R. H. Mayo. Subjects include aeronautical education and research, aviation safety, technical development, the use of aviation for passenger travel and the transport of freight, and Charles A. Lindbergh's tour of the United States in 1927.

Title: H. Allen Sullivan Air Force Commendation Scrapbook 1919-1953

Collection consists of 1 scrapbook assembled by H. Allen Sullivan. The materials contained therein are related to Sullivan's work with the U.S. Army Air Corps and the U.S. Air Force Materiel Command, his work at McCook Field, and as the editor of the Slipstream aviation magazine. The Scrapbook contains many commendations and merit awards. Also included are clippings and photographs. Scrapbook was purchased at an estate auction by Christine Stadium of Dayton, OH.

Includes material relating to shipbuilding (1932-1946), the need of ships during World War II, trade-unions, use of the U.S. Army to control labor disorders, the strikes of 1941-1942, Land's position as vice president and treasurer of the Daniel Guggenheim Fund for the Promotion of Aeronautics, Inc., his role as advisor for Charles A. Lindbergh (his cousin) on his tours (1927-1928), and Land's testimony in the Lindbergh kidnapping case (1938). Correspondents include William Edward Boeing, Richard Evelyn Byrd, James F.
