Yaddo records 1870-1980
Yaddo is an artists' community located in Saratoga Springs, New York. The Yaddo Records contain the administrative records of The Corporation of Yaddo since its establishment in 1900, as well as the institutional records of Yaddo from 1926, the year Yaddo began accepting guests. Notable guests have included Newton Arvin, John Cheever, Aaron Copland, Malcom Cowley, Leonard Bernstein, Truman Capote, Carson McCullers, Langston Hughes, Sylvia Plath, Katherine Anne Porter, and Clyfford Still. The Yaddo Records also include the personal papers of Yaddo's principal founders, Spencer and Katrina Trask, and George Foster Peabody.

The Bell Telephone Hour collection of sound recordings [sound recording] 1940-1968
Weekly 30-minute NBC radio broadcasts, featuring classical and light classical music, which began on Apr. 29, 1940 and continued until 1958. In September, 1959, the Bell Telephone Hour made its television debut as a monthly musical special. It remained a regular television program until April 26, 1968. Library's holdings incomplete. Broadcasts chiefly originated from New York City, sponsored by the Bell Telephone Company (American Telephone and Telegraph). Each 30-minute program generally features a guest singer or instrumentalist, with the Bell Telephone Hour Orchestra, conducted by Donald Voorhees, and the Bell Telephone Hour Chorus. Frequent guest artists include Marian Anderson, Robert Casadesus, Nelson Eddy, Josef Hofmann, Fritz Kreisler, Oscar Levant, James Melton, Grace Moore, Ezio Pinza, Lily Pons, Bidú Sayão, Gladys Swarthout, John Charles Thomas, Helen Traubel, and Eileen Farrell. Chief announcer: Floyd Mack.

Park family papers, 1701-1929
Title:
Park family papers 1701-1929
The Park family papers are composed of correspondence and other papers of Park family members and of correspondence and other documents collected and preserved by Park family members for their autograph or historical value. The papers include six volumes of mounted autograph items as well as unbound documents of American and European authors, scientists, military leaders, statesmen, and clergymen. The papers include a large collection of documents relating to the history, faculty, and administration of Phillips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts and of the Andover Theological Seminary. Particularly numerous are the personal and professonal papers of Eliphalet Pearson. The papers also include numerous documents of John Hoff Duke of Charleston, South Carolina, as well as estate papers of Augustine Prevost and documents relating to the early history of Wrentham, Massachusetts. Papers of Park family members include intra-family correspondence and items of related Burr, Edwards, and Reeve family members. Marion Edwards Park's correspondence documents her college years at Bryn Mawr. Correspondence with M. Carey Thomas in the 1920s details the transition of leadership at the college.
