This series contains field notebooks created by National Park Service engineers. The notebooks were first kept by the National Park Service, beginning in 1929. Custody of the records was given to the Southwest Region in 1965 and then transferred to the Technical Information Center in 1971. The notebooks contain field notes or construction notes for park facilities.
