A collection of family papers, particularly of Joseph A. Lintner and his wife Francis. Included are correspondence, journals, account books, a common place book, scientific articles, family legal documents such as deeds, inventory's and wills and a scrapbook. Several items in the collection relate to George A. Lintner and his father Albert. These items include sermons and essays by George and an inventory of Albert's estate. A journal of George A. Lintner from 1839-1871 is also included.
