Also included are contract files and profile cards of individual employees, technical lithographic production information and lithographic publications, historic information about the Gugler family, and a number of advertising award books and products including the Vatican series. Additionally, there are photographs, negatives and color transparencies of events, real estate, projects, and employees as well as one large loose volume containing samples of Gugler-produced advertising.

Collection consists of 55 catalogs (46x36x13 cm.) dated 1891-1944, 6 small scrapbooks, paper samples and glossy black and white photographs. The catalogs include full-color paper labels for canned foods, beverages, hangers, business letterhead, indoor signs, catalog covers, folders, wrappers, fine embossed work, posters and outdoor advertising. The scrapbooks include ephemera, colored cut-outs and colored retail postcards; no dates or description given. Photographs of advertising arranged by themes: foods, automotive, appliances, liquor.

The Jay T. Last Collection of California Citrus Box Labels consists of approximately 1000 lithographed labels created to identify brand names and packing locations on wooden crates of oranges, lemons and grapefruit. The majority of labels were printed by Los Angeles and San Francisco lithographers for growers, packers and distributors in southern California. Collection dates range from 1880 through 1960.
