Congratulates him on Major Seagrave's fine exploits (breaking the land speed record on March 11 using Wakefield's Castrol oil). On letterhead of Le Grand Hôtel, Juan-les-Pins.

Bullough, in his edition of the play, examined 4 texts of Mustapha; this manuscript corresponds more closely to the early manuscript and STC 12362, printed 1609, (called C and Q), than to the later manuscript and STC 12361, printed 1633, (called W and F). Folger manuscript has many variants from both C and Q, particularly in having a Chorus at the end of Act II, repeated at the end of the play.
