Biographical History

The Harvard Medical School Office of Educational Development promotes teaching and learning at Harvard Medical School by creating programs, building educational systems, and conducting research and mentoring. The New Pathway curriculum uses problem-based learning to teach basic science in a clinical context. First implemented on a voluntary basis in the Harvard Medical School Classes of 1989 and 1990, New Pathway became the only curriculum in the M.D. program in 1991.

From the description of New Pathway evaluation study records, 1985-1999. (Harvard University). WorldCat record id: 231052617
