Records show The Central Agency Ltd , selling agents, Glasgow, Scotland, was a selling agent for the company as was La Plata Reel Cotton Co Ltd , selling agents, Glasgow. In 1943, a report showed that production of Viscolax Ltd had ceased and existing staff arrangements were being considered. It appears that the company ceased trading c1943 and was dissolved in the mid 1960s .
