Ralph Rudd (b. 1915) served two terms in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1959 to 1962 as Lake County's representative. A Democrat, Rudd championed numerous liberal causes such as unemployment compensation, minimum wage laws, worker's compensation, and the abolition of capital punishment.
