Biographical History

Joseph Amiel, attorney and writer of popular fiction, was born in New York City on June 3, 1937. He attended the Fieldston School and entered Amherst College in the Class of 1959. He attended Yale Law School and earned the LLB there in 1962. He has published the following books: Hawks (1979); Birthright (1985); Deeds (1988); Star Time (1991); and A Question of Proof (1993).

He has published five novels: Hawks (1979); Birthright (1985); Deeds (1988); Star Time (1991); and A Question of Proof (1993), and has written screenplays for a number of movies.
