H. Parker Willis was an economist and editor of the Journal of Commerce.

Willis was editor of the NEW YORK JOURNAL OF COMMERCE, 1919-1931, and the author of numerous works on banking. Willis was instrumental in drafting the first Federal Reserve Act.
