Sive, David
David Sive, a New York attorney, was partner in the law firms Sive, Paget & Riesel, PC, and subsequently in Winer, Neuberger & Sive, PC. He was a pioneer in the new field of environmental litigation in the 1960s, usually representing environmental groups in their attempts to enforce newly-enacted environmental laws and regulations and to protect wilderness areas from damage as the result of construction and industrial and nuclear accidents.
