Gershwin Allen Drain (born January 24, 1949) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He served as a state judge from 1986 to 2012. On August 2, 2012, after he was nominated by President Obama, the United States Senate voted to confirm Drain as a federal district court judge.
