Biddle; the second the names of Joseph P. Norris of the Bank of Pennsylvania, Henry Nixon of the Bank of North America, Joseph S. Lewis of the Philadelphia Contributorship, William Jones of the American Fire Insurance Co., and John B. Palmer of the Mutual Assurance Co.
