Contains "a short compendium or briefe declaration of what every officer of his majesties Courte of Exchequer ought to doe by vertue of his office in England ... Written at the request of the Lord Buckhurst', beginning with questions answered by Sir Thomas Fanshawe. This work was later printed in 1658 with the attribution to Sir Fanshawe (the king's remembrancer); but it has now been attributed to Peter Osborne (the lord treasurer's remembrancer).
