Correspondence, cost estimates, and contracts from a selection of his projects, chiefly in Ohio and Florida. Some of the projects seem to have been selected to illustrate various business problems. Also "Improvements Report" (1921) made for the Montreal Mining Company, containing descriptions and proposed improvements for the company's housing developments in the Ironwood, Mich., area.
