Collection consists of: Sachs' mimeograph notes (with manuscript annotations) for his course in museology, taught at Harvard 1926/7-1946/7, indexed; course notes for Sachs' Carnegie Mellon summer school course for 1932; notes for his print course, taught at the Fogg Art Museum in 1936/7; an unpublished typescript "Materials for a handbook of modern museum practice," dealing with every aspect of the museum profession including dealers, exhibitions, installations, administration, forgeries, etc.; and a mimeograph report of the Committee on the Visual Arts at Harvard, 1955 June 15, annotated by Sachs.
