Anthony writes to Winter (presumably the writer William Winter) that he is preparing an etching of the "late Mr. Florence" (presumably the famous actor recently deceased). He recalls a poem by Winter about Florence, and asks his permission to have a few lines of it engraved on the plate. It would be "awful swell" to have them in Winter's handwriting.
