Papers, 1918-1968.

Reports, reprints, and journal. The reports (1918), were prepared by John H. Morecroft, Albert P. Wills and others describing the World War I Anti-Submarine Detection Investigation Committee research at Columbia University and the Naval Research Station in New London, Conn. These reports were used by Klein to write "Underwater Sound and Naval Acoustical Research Before 1939," a three-part series of articles written for the U.S. Navy JOURNAL OF UNDERWATER ACOUSTICS (1966). The reprints are of Klein's articles. The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America contains a condensed version.
