Stock certificate, 1884 Apr 28.

Manuscript certificate, No. 4, for 200 shares of stock issued to the Maxwell Land Grant Company on April 28, 1884. Signed by Frank Springer, President of the Springer Cement Company, and Harry Whigham, Secretary. Endorsement by Maxwell Land Grant Company officers on April 28, 1884 turned over all 200 shares to W.F. Ziegelaar. Signed by W.K.L. Van Hogendorp, J.W. de Constant Rebecque, Harry Whigham, and H. Matteson in the presence of T.A. Schomburg. An annotation on the verso notes that W.F. Ziegelaar retransferred the stock to the Maxwell Land Grant Company on December 19, 1896.
