An authorization for citizen J. L[?]schlag to deliver silver ingots to citizen Tréan, paymaster of the French Revolutionary Army, signed by the rector of the University of Louvain, J.F. Lints, and C. Piousseau, a silversmith in Louvain. The ingots are listed along with their measurements and appraised value. A separate leaf contains a statement regarding the total appraised value of the ingots, signed and dated by C. Piousseau: Louvain 16 February 1795.
