Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, circa 1954-1966 Records.

These records consist of various administrative records accumulated since the move of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory to Cambridge. The records consist of four groups of records which were retired to the Waltham Federal Records Center during the 1960s, and no order is apparent. Evidently some of the records are from a central file maintained by SAO, while others were accumulated from various offices. Retrieval is difficult.
