Typescript of a form letter signed by the New York art dealer Charles E. Slatkin addressed to American museum directors soliciting their interest in exhibiting a selection of old and modern master drawings to be offered for sale at the museum. Accompanied by a mimeographed copy of a catalog listing 98 drawings, many of which had been included in a previous exhibition circulated by the American Federation of Arts.
