Stereographic photographs of Mexico. ca. 1898.

The stereographs document urban Mexican architecture, aspects of Mexican society and culture, Mexican agricultural industries, the rail line through Canyon de La Mana, and numerous scenic views. Notable images are of the "Thieves Market" and other locales in Cuernavaca, a bullfight, President Porfirio Díaz, and plantations at Metlaltoyuca (bananas, pineapples, papayas, and coffee). One stereo depicts Schlattman's wife and children.
