The collection is housed entirely in one archival box. The materials include Troop No. 3 charter, individual and group camping awards and a dues record book as well as camp song books and cooking manuals belonging to Theodore Pinsker. Photographs document scouting activities such as camping trips and award ceremonies. The scrapbook came with its own index and includes photographs, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and campground maps used by Troop No. 3. The collection is arranged into folders according to owner or primary subject (Theodore, Nathaniel or all of Troop No. 3) and genre (photographs, awards, manuals etc.). Each folder is arranged chronologically when dates are known.
