Physical Planning Office records.

Consists of records documenting the activities of the Physical Planning Office. Each building or project is generally represented by one or more files which contain drawings, correspondence, budget reports, construction permits, insurance policies, contracts, and invoices. Additionally for major building projects there are meeting minutes from the Physical Planning meetings about these projects. The collection also contains some rolled architectural drawings.
