Allen; constitution of The Latta Library Association; correspondence of James Bertram, secretary of the Carnegie Corporation in New York; correspondence of Wilson & Sompayrac, architects of Columbia, S.C.; copy of House Bill 821 "To Authorize and Empower Boards of Trustees or Any School in South Carolina to establish, accept and support Public Libraries..."; design specifications; form of ballot used in town election; and list of books purchased.
