Ten Year Plan : JPL pub no. 31-2, 1959 Dec 3.

This series includes the final draft publication as well as an earlier draft dated Nov. 23, 1959 and memos. The plan included missions such as Vega, Centaur and Saturn, and plans for research and development in structural design, propulsion, guidance and control, telecommunications, flight mechanics, and power sources. In addition there are memos from August, 1959 from J. I. Shafer to the division chiefs regarding rules to creating the plan and a memo from John P. Hagen NASA, to the directors of JPL and Goddard regarding NASA's program plans dated July 16, 1959.
