One (1) oblong folio photograph album containing approximately 75 black-and-white photographs taken at a Bureau of Reclamation project construction site along the Owyhee River on the Oregon-Idaho border, ca. 1931-1933. The album also contains 9 photographs taken at the Guineo Dam, Villalba, Puerto Rico, 1931; and photographs of family members and a postcard. Album apparently assembled by F. Towle, an employee of the Bureau of Reclamation.
