Copy of deed of land in Baltimore from John P. Paca, Queen Anne's County, Maryland, to William McMechen, Baltimore, for $1000. Signed by Paca and witnessed by Richard J. Earle. Appended with affidavit of John P. Paca and Juliana, his wife, that the transfer was made of their own free will.
