Civilian Conservation Corps survey forms, 1937-1994.

The material consists of individual forms (and some photographs) completed by men who were a part of the North Dakota CCC. A scrapbook of photographs was transferred to the photograph collection. The survey conducted by the State Historical Society of North Dakota Museum Division in 1994 was part of an exhibit on the CCC in North Dakota.
