Papers, 1968-2006 (bulk 1977, 1981-1985, 2004-2006), of Michael O'Brien, a historian born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, primarily containing audio cassettes of interviews conducted by O'Brien for research on his books "McCarthy and McCarthyism in Wisconsin" (1980), "Vince: A Personal Biography of Vince Lombardi" (1987), and "Exxon and the Crandon Mine Controversy" (2008). Interviews with O'Brien's family members and with Lloyd Pratsch, a Wisconsin court reporter during the late 1930s and early 1940s, are also present. Also includes O'Brien's research notes on his book "Exxon and the Crandon Mine Controversy."
