Manuscript on paper, in a single secretary hand, of of a collection of records of the state's receipts and payments of money, organized by office, including the Cofferer of the Household; the Treasurer of the Chamber; the Master of the Jewelhouse; the Principal Secretary for Intelligence; the Office of the Admiralty; and various towns, garrisons, and forts. The volume also records the expenses related to the provision of gunpowder; reparations for the king's stables; and maintenance of forces in the Low Countries.
