A briefe state of ye incomes and issues of their majesties public revenue from ye 5th of Novr. 1688 to the 29th of Sept. 1691. With the observations thereupon made by the Commissioners, constituted by one Act of Parliament made, in the second year of their majesties reign [together with the same information for the years 1691-92, 1692-93, 1693-94, 1694-96 and 1695-96], [ca. 1697].

Manuscript, in a single hand, of a copy of the payments and receipts of public money between 1688 and 1696. The manuscript records receipts of money for taxes, tariffs, fines, and forfeitures; as well as payments of money to ambassadors, secret service, privy purse, gardens, and salaries of ministers of state. The manuscript also includes a copy of a list of observations of discrepancies by the Commissioners in the accounts for 1688, including salaries granted upon "special reason" that are still continued although the reasons have ceased; and the Commissioners' inability to obtain precise amounts for secret services in Parliament. The report is signed by Paul Foley, Matthew Andrews, Samuel Barnardiston, Thomas Clarges, Robert Austin, Robert Harley, Benjamin Newland, and Peter Colleton.
