Transactions of parliament in ye time of King Richard 2 [through Edward IV] 1377-1482, [ca. 1625].

Manuscript, in a single hand, of a relation of proceedings in parliament, written from printed and manuscript records, and arranged chronologically. The proceedings concerning the nobility include land disputes, grants of titles; judgments against traitors; and disputes regarding precedence in Parliament; these are followed by disputes and petitions in the House of Commons. Other items include protestations and petitions by bishops. The manuscript makes note of disparities and agreements with the printed and manuscript records; statutes are not included in the manuscript, for example, as they are "in the prynted book." The work is followed, in another hand, with a list of the titles of "all the private Actes of Parliamente of Kinge Richard the Third."

1 v. (ca. 800 p.) ; 31 x 20 cm.
