A manuscript translation of the third edition of Shirley's work on fishing, done by a Frenchman "M. L.C.D.B." during his exile in Colchester, Essex, England. The volume contains a table of contents, two pencil and ink sketches (one of John Kirby; another of a fish) and is heavily corrected. Laid in at the end of the volume is a manuscript note in Dutch.
