The Strohfus collection consists of a videocassette, DVD, and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Strohfus and James Kuhlmann in 2004. In this interview, Strohfus talks about her service as a Women Airforce Service Pilot (WASP) during World War II. During the interview she talks about her training in Sweetwater, TX and her work training gunners at the Las Vegas Army Airfield. Also included is a copy of a photograph from her time in service.

At Harris Neck, Georgia, in the remote northern reaches of McIntosh County, the United States government, in the fall of 1942, confiscated the lands along the South Newport and Barbour Island Rivers.
