Miniature boat's bit used as a paperweight is made of polished white metal. Engraved on the top of each post is "TODDS." At the base is "U.S. SCOUT CRUISERS / OMAHA / MILWAULKEE / CINCINNATI / TACOMA WASH. / JULY 1923." On the bottom of the base is "WARREN G. HARDING / PRESIDENT OF THE / UNITED STATES OF / AMERICA."
