Bound typescript, with black and white photographs pasted in, describing the four principals' car trip in the Betsey Jane II, a single cylinder Cadillac "30". The trip lasted from July 17th to Aug. 10th, 1909, beginning in Detroit and passing through New York state, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Long Island before returning home. Map, in color, pasted in as frontispiece, with the travellers' route traced in ink and stops along the route circled and numbered.
