Education materials relating to Bennington, Vt., schools, particularly Clio Hall, the Northwest School House, and Brick Academy; and several files relating to other education programs in Vermont and elsewhere such as Captain Partridge's Military Institute (near Doylestown, Pa., later a program of Northwich University), Middlebury College, Granville Academy, the schools in Rutland, Vt., Phillips Academy (Andover, Mass.), and Black River Literary and Religious Institute (Watertown, N.Y.). The bulk of the more recent materials (1932-1936) relates to Hall Park McCullough's tenure as trustee of Bennington College and includes financial and annual reports prepared for the board as well as domitory plans and information such as news articles.
