Collection includes documents relating to Fleming "Doc" Reeder, including year passes for the Oregon Railroad & Navigation Company (1904) and the Vancouver Transportation Company (1905) issued while working as a postmaster, a handwritten note on the back of a Clatskanie Transportation Company schedule, and an appointment to Deputy Sheriff of Multnomah County; letters from Dan S. Reeder to his brother Paul S. Reeder, from Whitehouse, Fairbanks, Richardson, and Cordova, telling about mining and railroad building, 1904-1910; and a letter accompanying donations from Catherine Jones, daughter of Paul S. Reeder, describing additional family history, including the family's history on Sauvie Island, 1966 Mar. 17.
