William M. Todd Case File, 1931-1935.

The collection consists of six letters and one photograph documenting Martha D. Todd's attempts to collect her husband William McClintock Todd's pension for service as a civilian employee in the Panama Canal Zone and disability pension for Navy service in World War I. Two of the letters are from Richard B. Russell, Jr. The collection also includes an unidentified photograph found in an envelope addressed to Mr. and Mrs. William M. Todd from Balboa, Canal Zone, dated December 13, 1934.
