The sum of the King's majesty's oration to the lower house of Parliament at the breaking up, July 1604? [manuscript], 17th century?

Probably the speech proroguing parliament on July 7, 1604, which is omitted from the Journals of the House of Commons. (Apparently full text exists only in S.P. Dom. VIII, 93 -- manuscript in National Archives.)

Leaves 69v-70v.
